Shipping policy

All items are made to order. Your order enters production when you place it, and shipping begins when production completes.

Production times. Apparel, hats, and drinkware typically take 2–5 business days to produce. Books typically take 3–5 business days to print and bind. Production times are estimates and may extend slightly during peak seasons.

Delivery times. Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–8 business days depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. International delivery times vary by destination and may be subject to customs processing. Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.

Multiple packages. Different products are produced at different facilities. If your order includes items of different types — for example, a book and a t-shirt — they will ship separately and may arrive on different days. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment. You will never be charged extra because an order ships in multiple packages.

Tracking. A tracking number is emailed to you as each shipment leaves the facility. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to activate.

International orders. Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes assessed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.

Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require an additional shipping charge to resend.
